Healthy, tasty & quick dinner sides


Banana Dressing
Cut banana into bite size pieces.
Mix together: One spoon full of mayonnaise, 1/2 spoon full peanut butter & 1/2 spoon full honey.
Cover onto banana pieces.


Fruit Salad
Slice several different fruits of your choice - strawberries, bananas, cantaloupes, kiwi, pineapple, etc.
Place in bowl.
Add favorite yogurt and carefully mix together.


Cucumber and Tomato Salad
Chop 1/2 tomato, 1/2 peeled cucumber
Put in bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add about 1 tb of olive oil
Sprinkle vinegar over and combine
May add grated cheese, mushrooms or cooked bacon.
