Potato Salad Recipe

My mom's potato salad is unlike any other potato salad I've tried. I wouldn't even call it potato salad, because it tastes nothing like the store brand kind, which I don't even really like. Try it, it's simple and tastes amazing!

1. Boil two potatoes in salted water for 30 minutes
2. Rinse with cold water in colander
3. Put in freezer for 10 minutes to cool slightly
4. Peel and cut into chunks
5. May add 1 egg in the last 10 minutes of cooking
6. Pour 1/4 cup french dressing over potatoes while still warm
7. Mix in 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/4 cup ranch, 2 tb mustard
8. Salt and pepper to taste
