1. For a week, say YES to (almost) everything.
2. For a week, be healthy. I'll eat right, exercise every other day and get plenty of sleep.
3. For a week, go to sleep by 10 p.m. every night.
4. For a week, take a picture every day.
5. In a week, finally complete my never-ending to-do list.
6. For a week, have everything spotless at all times.
7. For a week, don't spend a penny.
8. For a week, start a conversation with anyone who sits next to me.
9. For a week, don't complain once.
10. For a week, stay off Facebook completely.
Almost all of these are going to be a challenge for me, but will be beneficial and interesting at the same time. I can't wait to start and see how I feel after every week!
